A densely packed level, Clearwater is one of those earlier masterpieces that helped raise the bar for BUILDers. The heavy industrial theme is strong through-out and gameplay is excellent, save for a few frustrating puzzles which might slow you down. Detail is incredible and rooms over rooms permeate the whole level. Enemies aren't too difficult and ammo/powerups are well placed. All in all a very enjoyable map!

When the tresspasser is discovered, the alien troops are alerted, and what follows is mayhem. The level is fairly small, with some good detail, and a few interesting effects. One of the pools is transparent from above AND from below, AND swimmable. In some situations, best to let the machinery help you out. Other times, you will find a shotgun blast does the trick. There is plenty of ammo, lots of monsters, three secrets, and a surprise ending.
