Savior is the third and final installment in Philip's series, action aplenty and more fun than you can poke a stick at. Design is top-notch, the medieval/alieneque architecture has been worked on laboriously to produce some brilliant atmosphere, and the custom sound effects help a bit as well. This is his first level to make use of new arts; they're just scanned pictures for the most part and don't look very good, but thumbs up for the effort. Again there's a few nice features to look out for; a couple of helpful goodie areas, the primitive but nicely done stretching of the torture victim and yet more sector-moving obstacles, not to mention the cleverly positioned gaps in the Overlord mural. In short - get it, play it, be happy. You won't be disappointed.

Description : I am not very good at telling a story so
here it is short and sweet. The frogman
escapes capture at the space station
(911.map). Dukes gets back into his
spaceship and follows frogman back to his
slave mining camp. The camp is modeled
after midevil architechure, which is his
favorite period in Earth's history. After
a large space dogfight, Duke gets shot down
and the game begins.
