The latest map in Numan's Annoyin' series has finally been released - and the quality is miles ahead of its predecessor. Where before there were aimless corridors with poor design there's now slightly more purposeful ones with nice shadow work and improved trimmings. Some areas have simply terrific detail put into them (Numan's creative artistry really comes out) - cracked floors, scenes of destruction and a good eye for lighting. Themes are sort of thrown together in a general mish-mash and there's no real story - the idea is simply to get in there and kick some arse, so a lot of mindless fun is guaranteed. Puzzles are fairly basic - flick a bunch of switches, find a key card or two and you're set. The new MIDI suits the level well as does the short sound clip when it plays - be sure to check out this goodie today!
