A rather professional looking multilevelled hotel map, with great attention to detail and magnificent shading. Voyeur Hotel is a very energetic, well thought out level with many places to visit, as well as plenty of enemies and powerups to keep you reasonably entertained.

The story	      : This follows on straight after Duke blows away the 			Cyberlord at
the end of "Shrapnel City" - but before 			he goes for some R&R. Killing off the
Cyberlord was 			only the first step in saving LA from the aliens. The 			main attack
wave contained many thousands of aliens, 			most of which are still at large in the
city. Duke is 			now faced with the task of eliminating pockets of 			resistance in
LA with the help of the EDF and the 			LAPD. His first stop is the "Voyeur Hotel" -
situated 			near the LA airport in Beverley Hills.   

Your Briefing          : The Voyeur Hotel is a good quality hotel attracting 			 rich
travellers and businessmen for short stops in 			 the city. Unfortunately the aliens
have realised the 			 strategic importance of the structure and have made 			 it into
a fortress to defend it against attack. 			 Firstly the building is a block long on
all sides, 			 containing many rooms. Intelligence suggests that 			 the aliens have
also built a nest with which they 			 hope to produce more slimers to enslave the 			
	 population. This is probably situated in the lower 			 levels. Secondly, the close
proximity to the airport 			 prevents the EDF flying in further reinforcements. 			
Thirdly, the building is rumoured to contain a tight 			 security network of hidden
cameras, making a 			 	 commando or SWAT team attack impossible. One man may 			
stand a chance, however. YOU have been ordered to 			 flush out the building, then
find and set the auto 			 destruct sequence. If you fail then the 			 	 building will
be bombed from high altitude. The 			 bombing will destroy the whole block and damage
			 buildings nearby. All residents and personel have 			 been evacuated from the
area, but emergency vehicles 			 are on standby.  
			 		Good Luck.

Desciption		: This level is the only one I have found to make use 			 of hidden
cameras. These are made by constructing an 			 alcove with a camera inside and
masking the wall 			 off. You`ll find a central control room belonging to 			 the
hotel`s owner somewhere in the building...
			 As usual the level is pretty straight forward with a 			 number of keys. There is
some very good shading and 			 light effects on this level, perhaps even as good as
			 3dRealms level :-) 

Additional Credits To : You`re old friend 3dRealms for doing most of the work 			in
the first place! Also I drew some inspiration 			(with the cameras etc) from the film
"Sliver" with 			Sharon Stone. Other thanks go to Jonah Bishop for his 			FAQ files.

matter much.
